Yonne's Essentials Mentorship Program is seeking passionate and motivated individuals to become 30 Day training Participants for our upcoming program launching in August 2025. This role is crucial in empowering women in entrepreneurship by recruiting new members and promoting our invaluable resources. As a participant, you will have the opportunity to travel, network, and grow both personally and professionally while contributing to a meaningful cause.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment: Successfully recruit at least 25 new members into the Yonne's Essentials Mentorship Program by leveraging your networks and outreach strategies.

- Collaboration: Work effectively with your designated group to brainstorm, strategize, and execute recruitment initiatives.

- Travel: Participate in travel arrangements to various locations for events and networking opportunities as part of your recruitment efforts.

- Research: Conduct research on potential candidates and target demographics to ensure effective outreach.

- Event Hosting:Plan and host engaging events that promote Yonne's Essentials Mentorship Program, showcasing the benefits of joining our community.

-Promotion: Actively promote Yonne's Essentials resources among women entrepreneurs who could benefit from mentorship support.

 

Required Skills:

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.

- Experience in event planning or community outreach is preferred but not required.

- A genuine passion for supporting women entrepreneurs and promoting professional development.

 

Benefits:

- Weekly pay $80 Commissions

 -$17/hr + Commissions for managers
