Terms and Conditions for Yonne’s Essentials Mentorship's 30 Day Training Program

Welcome to the Yonne’s Essentials Mentorship Program. By participating in our 30-day training program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. User Responsibilities
1.1 Participation Requirements
Participants must attend all scheduled training sessions during the 30-day program. These training sessions will include courses (Days 1-8) and active recruiting (days 8-30). Failure to attend without prior communication for four consecutive days will result in automatic termination from the program.
1.2 Collaboration and Engagement
Participants are required to collaborate with team members and mentors to strategize daily recruiting plans, engage actively with community members, and collect necessary enrollment forms diligently at designated locations. Mentors will guide you through your 30 day training and assist with day to day operations.
1.3 Research and Insights
Participants will conduct research on potential recruits at designated locations and provide insights that may enhance future recruitment efforts by collecting surveys from potential members.
1.4 All members must be able to access the Yonne’s Essentials portal on YonnesEssentials.org to access all classes, mentor meetings and your schedule. Completion of assessments and quizzes will be graded.
2. Enrollment Process
2.1 Application Fee
A non-refundable processing fee of $120 is required upon orientation. This fee must be paid before you can start your training or it can be deducted from your first paycheck.
2.2 Commission Structure
Participants who successfully recruit others into the program will earn commissions of $80 for each of the first 25 recruits and $95 for each recruit thereafter. A $2000 bonus is given for over 35 new recruits.
2.3 All members that complete the 30 day training will be promoted to mentors for our program in august 2025. Mentors earn hourly pay plus $90 commission rate.
3. Training Schedule
3.1 Training Attendance
Members are required to attend all scheduled classes during the training period. Physical Classes will be held at Yonne’s Essentials location at 3379 Peachtree Rd. NE, Suite 747. Virtual options are available.
Morning, afternoon and night schedules are available and members receive schedules at the time of your orientation from your designated mentor.
3.2 Payment Schedule
Payments for training will be made weekly after completion of two weeks of training. The payment for training will be provided at the end of the program along with any bonuses.
4. Privacy Policy
4.1 Data Protection
Yonne’s Essentials is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during your participation in the program will solely be used for program-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary for service provision.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Non-Refundable Fees
All fees paid for participation in Yonne’s Essentials Mentorship Program are non-refundable unless specified in writing by Yonne’s Essentials.
6. Compliance with Laws
Participants must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations while engaging in activities related to Yonne’s Essentials Mentorship Program.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in Yonne’s Essentials Mentorship Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
